The air conditioning barely functioned, making the stay unbearable. The window coverings were broken, leaving us exposed to views from the street. Additionally, there were cleanliness issues, as the bathroom bin was not emptied from the previous guests.

The location was perfect for exploring, just a quick walk to the city center and very close to the train station. I particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast. it had a good variety and was quite satisfying before heading out to see the sights. The shower was also a standout—felt fantastic after a long day of walking around Bologna.

the room was outdated, which is such a surprise, given the prices! and the bathroom was embarrassingly dirty, full of other people's hair, what am i supposed to do with that? plus, i expected at least a complimentary gesture for all the inconveniences, but nope, just regular service for me. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

I enjoyed my stay at Millennhotel. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, offering great recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. Additionally, the location is superb, just a few steps from the central train station, making travel a breeze.
